Besides the digital storage of personal data, Dutch Electro also stores personal data in a paper archive at our production site in Nuth, the Netherlands. The personal data is stored in our paper archive for 7 years after the creation date. After this period, the paper archive is eliminated by a destruction company.

Customers, suppliers and employees have (as far as possible) the right to know what specific personal data is collected. Under certain conditions parties are entitled to reduce, adjust or demand the removal of personal data. Customers, suppliers and employees can always withdraw the permission to collect personal data by Dutch Electro.
